Effective October 21, 2026. This policy explains what information movewithbernadette.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site belongs to Bernadette Harris, a Realtor with eXp Realty (TREC License 776670), based in Northwest Houston.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number, when you request the relocation guide, ask for home listings, sign up for a webinar or leave a message in the chat. The webinar form also asks, optionally, where you are moving from.
- Chat messages. Questions you type into the chat on this site.
- Booking details. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter in its scheduler.
- Usage information. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons tapped, device and browser type, approximate location, and the ad or website that sent you here. It uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
- To send what you asked for, such as the guide, matching homes or the webinar link.
- For Bernadette to follow up with you about your move by email, phone or text.
- To answer your chat questions.
- To measure and improve this website and its advertising.
Text messages
If you give your mobile number, Bernadette may text you about your request, including webinar reminders. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Giving your number is optional and is never a condition of working with Bernadette. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who handles your information
We do not sell your personal information. These service providers handle it only to run this site and Bernadette’s business:
- WPX, which hosts this website. Form and chat submissions are stored on the site.
- An email delivery service, which sends Bernadette a notice when you submit a form.
- Lofty, the CRM Bernadette uses to keep track of her clients.
- Google, for analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and to generate answers in the chat (Google Gemini). Chat answers are automated, so please do not type sensitive information such as financial or account details into the chat.
- Calendly, for booking calls, and Zoom, for webinars. Each handles what you give it under its own privacy policy.
- MediaJunkie, which builds and maintains this website.
If you go on to buy or sell a home with Bernadette, your information is also shared as the transaction requires, for example with her brokerage, eXp Realty, and with lenders and title companies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop Google Analytics from recording your visits, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. You can control ad personalization in Google’s My Ad Center.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your information while it is useful for helping you with your move, and as long as real estate record-keeping rules require. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, by emailing or calling Bernadette (details below). You can also unsubscribe from any email or reply STOP to any text.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
